Using traffic.cx
traffic.cx provides web analytics and revenue attribution. The service is operated by Karthick, based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. These terms describe the conditions for using the service. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.

Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account access and integration credentials secure. Provide accurate account information and give teammates only the access they need. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Use traffic.cx only on websites and payment accounts you are authorized to manage. Do not use the service for unlawful tracking, to collect credentials or sensitive personal information, to bypass access controls, or to interfere with the service or another customer’s data.
You are responsible for the notices, permissions and consent applicable to the information you send. Tracking modes and connected services may change those obligations.
Plans and payments
Review the price, billing interval, currency, taxes and renewal details at checkout before purchasing. A trial does not require a payment card. Paid subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout unless renewal is canceled.
Dodo Payments is the selected payment provider for traffic.cx subscriptions. Where it handles a purchase, its applicable checkout terms also govern that transaction.
14-day first-payment refund
You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first successful subscription payment. This applies to monthly and annual plans, once per customer. The window starts on the payment date, not the date you begin a free trial.
Email karthisclan@gmail.com from your account email address with your receipt or payment reference. Do not include card details. An approved full refund ends paid access and cancels future renewals; it does not automatically erase stored data.
Refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method. The time until funds appear depends on the provider and your bank.
Cancellation and later payments
You may cancel renewal before the next billing date using your subscription controls or by contacting karthisclan@gmail.com. Without a refund, access continues through the current paid billing period.
Outside the initial 14-day refund window, renewal payments and unused portions of a billing period are normally non-refundable. We correct duplicate or incorrect charges and review requests arising from service failures separately.
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights under applicable law or applicable payment-provider requirements.
Your data and connected services
You retain your rights in the information you submit and authorize its processing to provide the service. Our privacy notice explains data handling and the current retention and deletion behavior.
Reports depend on information from your websites and connected providers. Missing events, blocking, configuration, delayed payments and attribution rules can affect results. Analytics reports do not replace your accounting records. Connected services have their own terms and availability.
Service access and changes
Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse, security threats or unpaid charges. Contact support to resolve an access issue or request account closure.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date appears on this page. Applicable legal rights remain available. Contact us before purchasing if you need a separate written service agreement.
